South Dakota Gold Rush
A refreshing twist on the classic Gold Rush cocktail, featuring our Clay Turner Bourbon and locally-sourced South Dakota honey.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Clay Turner Bourbon
- ¾ oz South Dakota honey syrup*
- ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice
*Honey syrup: Dissolve ½ cup honey into ¼ cup hot water. Let cool before using.
Instructions
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2 Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- 3 Strain into a whiskey glass.
- 4 Garnish with a lemon wheel.
