Cherry Bourbon Sour
A harmonious balance of flavors combining tangy citrus with sweet cherry notes. The bourbon-soaked cherries and egg white create a sophisticated drink with a smooth texture and refined taste.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Clay Turner 5 Year Bourbon
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 2 Sweet cherries (bourbon-marinated)
- 1 tsp Egg white
Instructions
- 1 Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cherries in a blender.
- 2 Blend until smooth.
- 3 Add the egg white and blend for just 2 seconds.
- 4 Pour over ice and serve.
