Cherry Bourbon Sour

A harmonious balance of flavors combining tangy citrus with sweet cherry notes. The bourbon-soaked cherries and egg white create a sophisticated drink with a smooth texture and refined taste.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz Clay Turner 5 Year Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 2 Sweet cherries (bourbon-marinated)
  • 1 tsp Egg white

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cherries in a blender.
  2. 2 Blend until smooth.
  3. 3 Add the egg white and blend for just 2 seconds.
  4. 4 Pour over ice and serve.
